This policy covers the products listed on babel-suite.com and the sign-in service at login.babel-suite.com.

What we collect

Account details. Your email address and name, and an identifier from your identity provider. Authentication is handled by Auth0; we never receive or store your password.
Data you enter. Whatever you create in a product — farm records, ledgers, datasets, workflows — belongs to you and is stored so the product can show it back to you.
Operational logs. Sign-in events, errors and request metadata, kept to run and secure the service.

Signing in with Google

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google tells us your email address, name and profile picture so we can create or match your account. We ask for nothing beyond that, and we do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.

Where data lives

Application data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt), and authentication is handled in Auth0's EU region. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by Stripe; card details never reach our servers.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your account and its contents. Email support@babel-suite.com and we will respond within 30 days.
